Official Terms & Conditions


  1. THE PROMOTER

  • The promoter is Pit Viper Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 81 661 423 892), located at Level 32, 25 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (referenced hereafter as "The Provider of Radness" or "The Promoter").


  1. ELIGIBILITY (DON’T BE A MINOR)

  • Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). If you are under 18, stop. Go do your homework. You can’t win yet.


  • Employees of the Promoter, its partner brands, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this mess aka “The Promoter” are ineligible to win.


  1. THE ENTRY PERIOD

  • The giveaway runs from 8 October to 11 October 2026. Entries open at 12:01 AM AEST on 8 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEST on 11 October 2026. 

  • If you try to enter at 12:01 AM on 12 October, you’ve missed the bus.


  1. HOW TO ENTER

  • There are two ways you can enter:

1. At 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000. Go to the Pit Viper Store, or the Repco Trackside or Mountainside Stores. Scan the QR code and fill out the entry form completely including: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number and Postcode; OR

2. Make an online purchase on pitviper.au during the Entry Period and automatically go in the draw.  

  • Crucial Step: Complete the form. Half-baked entries will be tossed into the digital abyss. Limit of one (1) entry per person.


  1. THE PRIZE (THE GOOD STUFF)

  • One (1) winner will receive the full turbo prize pack valued at up to $4,999.00 AUD (RRP, inc. GST) including:

    • Custom Pit Viper Fuel Bowser merchandise display unit;

    • 12 x Pit Viper sunglasses of prize winner’s choice (subject to stock availability);

    • Top-to-toe Pit Viper kit including top and pants from Pit Viper’s apparel range.


  1. WINNER SELECTION & DRAW

  • Game of Chance: This is a random electronic draw. May the odds be in your favor.

  • The Draw: The draw will take place on 14 October 2026 at Pit Viper HQ.


  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLICATION

  • The Big Call: The winner will be contacted via phone and email on 14 October 2026. 

  • Answer Your Phone: We will call you from a designated company number. We will also send an email, but the phone call is way more dramatic.


  1. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW

  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize or is disqualified within 7 days of the initial draw, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 21 October 2026.

  • The new winner will be notified by phone and email on 21 October 2026. 


  1. PRIZE DELIVERY & CONDITIONS

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. 

  • We will arrange standard freight/delivery of the haul to the winner's residential street address in Australia at no extra cost. 

  • Pit Viper is not responsible for the fact that the fuel bowser does not actually fill your car up.


  1. PRIVACY & MARKETING (THE LEGAL BIT)

  • By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications (emails and SMS) from Pit Viper. 

  • You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our messages, though why would you? Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
