Shipping

Every order ships from The Pit Viper Center For Australian Domination in Sydney. NSW. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.

For customers that place orders before 11am AEST, we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 11am AEST will ship out on the following business day.

If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you selected Overnight Shipping. We are not a robot factory, our shipping crew has to go home at some point). 

Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time or delivery.

You will receive a tracking code from us when your Pit Vipers ship, along with a wicked video of us shipping your shades. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. They like to hide there. 

Shipping in Australia is FREE for orders over $99.  Orders under $99 will be $10 to ship with Standard Shipping. Express Shipping is $15 nationwide.

Standard shipping will take about 3-5 business days on the East coast. Shipping times will be longer to the NT and WA however we aim for under 7 days delivery to these states.

Express shipping should take 2 business days with Auspost however please note we don't control the shipping robots or drive the trucks and rely on our trusty mates at Auspost to move like the wind when Hurricanes hit the far north.
