Shipping + Returns
When will my order ship?
Every order ships from The Pit Viper Center For Australian Domination in Melbourne, Victoria. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. For customers that place orders before 12pm (noon) AEST, we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will ship out on the following business day. If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you selected Overnight Shipping. We are not Amazon, our shipping crew has to go home at some point).
*On Fridays, the shipping team works shirtless. Enter warehouse with caution or excitement.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For customers that place orders before 12pm (noon) AEST, we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will ship out on the following business day. Read up on the rest HERE.
I need to return or exchange my Pit Vipers.
Grab your order number and set that up here.
I returned something, when will I be refunded?
Once we receive your return, it will take us about 3-5 business days to process your refund. You’ll get an email notification when we do.
Order Issues
I need to change my shipping address.
We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Email your order number and correct address to karen@pitviper.com ASAP and we will try our best to help.
Where is my order confirmation email or tracking number?
Many email services think we are inappropriate. Check your spam folder. Tracking numbers will send once your order has shipped out, and may also be hiding in your “spam” or “promotions” folders
You sent me the wrong Pit Vipers.
Sh*t. Email karen@pitviper.com your order number and a picture of the item(s) you received.
Warranties
My Pit Vipers don’t float.

Do you offer military discounts?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer military discounts in Australia.
Are there price adjustments on sale items?
No. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.

I need a new nose piece.
We have them available for The 2000s, The Ellipticals, and The Intimidators HERE. If you need a nose piece for a different model, please email karen@pitviper.com with your original order number.
